The session will cover performing IPEV compliant valuations for reporting purposes. We will cover the requirements of the guidelines including choice of valuation methodology, calibration, multiples and discounted cash flow valuation methods and how to practically apply these in markets where market information is limited. This session will address issues such as liquidity, minority discounts and when to use available market prices.
