Inside Capital Partners is looking for a dynamic and responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and IT skills.

The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize his work using tools like MS Office. Ultimately, a successful Administrative assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our

Position: Permanent 

Closing date: 15/07/2019

Candidates with experience as Secretary or Executive administrative assistant would be preferred. The minimum qualification for this position is HSC/A levels.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage and direct telephone calls
  • Perform word processing and data processing work
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organize and schedule appointments and direct visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Plan, organise, manage events and appointment with admin software
  • Carry out secretarial duties and administrative tasks
  • Prepare billings and purchase orders if required
  • Make transport arrangement when required
  • Assist in the organization of staff welfare events
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Minimum HSC
  • At least 1-year experience in a Secretarial or Personal Assistant position would be an advantage


  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Good planning, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Well conversant with Microsoft Office Productivity Tools and other IT applications
