Yanish Bondahjagalu joins Verod as Chief Funds Operations Officer

Verod Capital Management Limited (“Verod”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Yanish Bondahjagalu as Chief Funds Operations Officer for the Group.

Yanish is based in Verod’s Mauritius Office and is responsible for operating Verod’s funds in accordance with the relevant fund’s policies and objectives, as well as, regulatory requirements. His responsibilities cover investor servicing, financial reporting, audits, treasury management, tax, compliance and risk management. In addition, Yanish will support the Internal Audit function across the Group.

Yanish joined Verod from Leapfrog Investments where he served as Chief Operating Officer (Mauritius) from 2015 to 2020. Prior to his time at Leapfrog Investments, Yanish spent four years with Omega Global Mauritius Limited (a subsidiary of Milestone Capital Advisors Limited) from 2011 to 2015 in various roles including Chief Operating Officer. Yanish also spent three years as Associate Executive with International Financial Services Limited, Mauritius from 2007 to 2011.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).

Commenting on the appointment, Verod’s CEO Danladi Verheijen said: “We are delighted to welcome Yanish to the Verod team.
