Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Helios Investment Partners’ portfolio company TPAY Mobile, the full-service digital payments platform for the Middle East, Africa (MEA) and Turkey, on its strategic partnership with Bango Plc, the AIM-listed global platform for data-driven commerce.

TPAY Mobile’s over 88 live operator and wallet connections mean more than 230 local and global merchants can accept payments for digital goods and services from those consumers without traditional bank accounts – driving both financial inclusion and access throughout the MEA and Turkey region.
