Arnaud Duhamel is Partner in the Finance practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel and specialises in international capital markets and structured finance. He also contributes significantly to Gide Loyrette Nouel’s finance practice in emerging markets, in particular Africa. Mr. Duhamel advises financial institutions, corporates and funds on a wide range of international and multinational debt and equity offerings, finance transactions and derivative products.

He has extensive experience in international debt capital markets and banking transactions and restructurings, ranging from medium-term note programmes to senior and hybrid securities, high yield bond offerings, repackagings as well as structured financings and complex financial products incorporating derivative instruments. His expertise also covers equity and equity linked transactions including IPOs, right issues, convertible and exchangeable bonds and he has been involved in a number of French privatisations. He is a regular speaker in seminars and conferences in Paris and London and is the co-author of a book entitled “Titres et emprunts obligataires” (French debt securities), Banque Editeur (2000).
