Lisle is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA) and brings over 7 years of experience in administration, project management, human resources, and office management. She has worked previously in Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Prior to joining AVCA, Lisle worked at Prudential, Konnect Africa, and Harrods. Having gained professional experience in various industries has helped Lisle to hone her knowledge and skills in administration activities.

Before moving to London, Lisle worked for a leading company in Zimbabwe - Africa Albida Tourism - as the group's Marketing Assistant, spearheading and organising their marketing and event functions.
