Nick works primarily with Carlyle’s Sub-Saharan Africa Fund, International Energy Fund and European Buyout Fund on all of their investments, exits and portfolio related transactions/legal matters.
Prior to joining Carlyle in 2017, Nick was a Managing Associate at the law firm Linklaters in London where he specialised in M&A transactions (public, private and private equity deals), IPOs and corporate law. Nick also worked for 6 months in Linklaters’ Hong Kong office.
He received his degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Exeter in the UK.
